Capello: Cassano will rise in AC Milan

Antonio Cassano is for sure will be wearing AC Milan jersey starting the second half of the Serie A season. Fabio Capello said that AC Milan is the place for that boy.

Capello and Cassano have their own record when they were both in AS Roma. Both of them have been a relationship between coach and player, but it doesn’t end well. Capello have to released him to Real Madrid.

Now, Capello thinks that his former player will rise and find his golden time, when he’ll be playing in San Siro for the AC Milan.

“Why does Cassano can’t find his best form of playing? You should asked him,” told Capello to the Italian Sky Sport.

Mancini wants Andy Carroll

Roberto Mancini had spoken out that he is interested to recruit Andy Carroll, although he’s not sure that Newcastle United would not sell their key player.

Although he has Mario Balotelli, but the rumour that says Tevez is leaving makes Manchester City have to find a striker in the up-coming January transfer window. After Edin Dzeko was said to be getting closer to Manchester City, now the England young striker is rumoured to be joining the Mancini’s squad.

“Carroll is good player. He’s still young, strong, and he’s really good,” cleared Mancini about the striker that has been scoring 10 goals in this season.

Walcott: Chelsea is just the same as other average clubs

It was fantastic that Arsenal can beat Chelsea by 3-1. It can be felt by Theo Walcott, he can feel the victory that the team deserves is fantastic, and the score shows that Chelsea is just a club like other average clubs.

“We were just focusing to our defensive side. You can see lots of pressures, everyone are pressuring today,” stated by him.

FC Barcelona officially contracted Afellay until 2015

Last Friday, Ibrahim Afellay signed a 4 years long contract to FC Barcelona from PSV Eindhoven. “When I was a kid, I have been dreaming to play for FC Barcelona,” he said.

“This is a dream comes true. We all know that FC Barca is the best place to play football, and when I heard about the news that they want me, I won’t have to think twice.”

The 24 years old midfielder who played for PSV Eindhoven and a family from Morocco, have played 29 international games with the Netherlands to the recent final World Cup round.

FC Barcelona paid 3 million euro to PSV Eindhoven for Afellay and the contract that includes buying clauses for 100 million euro, that’s how it was said in the official website.

Simao have left Atletico Madrid

The career of Simao Sabrosa in Atletico Madrid will soon end. He will be moving to Besiktas in the January’s transfer window.

Atletico Madrid gained 900k euros for releasing Simao to Besiktas. In his new club, he has been contracted for 2 and half years, and he will be also joining with Ricardo Quaresma, his international team.

Simao have been joining Atletico Madrid from Benfica since 2007, played his last match/game with the Atletico Madrid when they won 1-0 over Espanyol. In fact, the only goal scored in the game was produced by Simao Sabrosa himself. He got standing ovation from the fans when he was substituted in the second half.

“This is hard for me, I can say it. Since I moved to Atletico Madrid, I have been growing to a better professional player,” said by Simao himself in the Sky Sports.

Quique Sanchez Flores praise Simao for his great contribution to the team while he was one of the Atletico. According to him, Simao is an important figure for a team.

Redknapp: Forget about Modric, Chelsea!

Chelsea may think Modric as their new signings for the next season, but the Tottenham’s gaffer stated that his player will never leave his club. In the previous news, it was said that Modric is the main targeted signing for The Blues by the vice president, Dinamo Zagreb Zdravko Mamic who’s a friend of Redknapp.
